Use the site to research, compare and read about vehicles. Don't scrape it at scale without written permission, don't try to break it, and don't reupload large chunks of our editorial content without crediting and linking back.

We work hard to verify every spec and price, but we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy. Treat prices, mileage and feature lists as research starting points, not final dealer quotes. Always confirm with an authorised dealer before purchase.

Reviews and opinions
Reviews and opinions are those of the credited authors. They reflect honest assessments based on real testing. Manufacturers occasionally loan us vehicles for review purposes; we disclose this whenever it applies.

User-submitted content
If you post a review or rating, you retain copyright but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display it. We may moderate or remove content that breaks our community guidelines.

Limitation of liability
RideBuilders is provided on an as-is basis. We're not liable for purchase decisions made on the back of information published here, or for downtime or data loss. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the fees you've paid us in the previous twelve months, which is currently zero.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana.
