What we collect
We collect the minimum data needed to operate RideBuilders. That includes anonymised page-view analytics (which pages are popular, which devices visit), and any information you choose to share with us — name, email, phone — when you create an account or request a dealer callback.
Section 02
Why we collect it
Analytics help us understand which features matter and what's broken. The contact information you submit is used to fulfil the action you requested (e.g. routing a dealer callback) and, with your consent, occasionally to share editorial updates.
Section 04
How long we keep it
Account data lives as long as your account does. Analytics data is automatically anonymised after 90 days and aggregated after 12 months. Dealer-callback records are retained for 18 months to help you follow up if needed.
Section 05
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of everything we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — all by emailing [email protected] from the email tied to your account. We respond within seven business days.
